Because we believe that decaffeinated coffee should be exactly like every other coffee – simply delicious and enjoyable – we asked our roasters to create a decaf coffee that offers the same great characteristics of regular coffees and tastes like the ‘real thing.’ And so they created Decaf DeLight, a top-notch Columbian coffee, full of wonderful cocoa and dark raisin flavor. We’re proud to say that this is finally, a ‘really good decaf,’ – balanced and drinkable – designed for an optimal and enjoyable decaf sipping experience.

Colombia is also the second largest producer of coffee in the world. It is also the largest producer of washed and Arabica coffee and is well known for the high quality coffee. In 2020, Colombia exported US $ 2.54B in coffee, making it the 4th largest exporter of Coffee in the world.Colombia produces more washed arabica coffee than any other country in the world.
Huila, a department in southern Colombia spanned by the Andes mountains and home to towering Nevado del Huila volcano, is nestled along the eastern borders of the Cauca and Tolima regions. In the World Atlas of Coffee, James Hoffman, a Champion barista and coffee rooster notes that Huila has a combination of great soil and great geography for growing coffee. Huilas Quilt is among one of the most complex, fruit-driven Colombian coffees.
